Courses are run by David Robertson and Leonie Bradley at their studio based on a farm outside Bath, close to the wild swimming spot Warleigh Weir.

We are a low-toxic studio and encourage sustainable practices. The studio is equipped for a range of relief and intaglio processes.

David and Leonie are elected members of the Society of Wood Engravers and the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers. Read more about Leonie on her website.

Accessibility

Our studio is based on a working farm. The track to the studio and the ground outside are rough and uneven in places. Inside the studio, there is one large step in the building between rooms.

We want to be inclusive as possible, if you have any access requirements, please contact us for a chat about how we can help accommodate you.

Suitability

Wood engraving is a sustainable art form using traditional tools and materials. The tools are sharp and, therefore, workshops are unsuitable for anyone under the age of 16.

Refund policy

Full refunds are available on cancellations made at least 28 days before the course starts.

For cancellations made less than 28 days before the course starts, we will try to reschedule or resell your place.
